RICARDO VICINTIN LIBRARIES

In order to democratize local communities` access to cultural spaces and assets which circulate in our society, the Vicintin Foundation initiated an important cultural project–presenting municipalities within its scope with the construction of community libraries, fully-equipped with tables, chairs, computers, televisions, DVDs and shelves full of literary works. The Ricardo Vicintin Libraries contribute to educating and motivating hundreds of young readers from at-risk and socially vulnerable areas, in addition to serving all those who need to use the space for research, reading, meetings, gatherings, and video sessions, among other possibilities.
